Concealed Carry Class (Multi-State)

The Multi-State Concealed Carry Permit class is a four-hour classroom lecture packed with everything you need to carry responsibly and confidently. It’s built for real-world understanding, not just checking a box — you’ll leave knowing not only how to carry, but when, where, and the responsibilities that come with it.

This is a classroom course. No live fire, no range time, and absolutely no prior experience required.

• Firearm safety and safe handling
• Use-of-force law — what it actually means to carry, and your legal responsibilities
• How to select the right carry firearm for you
• Holster selection and safe carry methods
• Where you can and cannot legally carry
• Defensive mindset and situational awareness
• …and much more

Who can attend

Anyone 18 and older can apply. Whether you’re brand new to firearms or an experienced shooter wanting the permit, you’re in the right place.

What’s included — $60

Your registration covers everything you need to submit to BCI for your permit:

• Full classroom instruction
• All required application paperwork, completed in class
• Fingerprinting
• Passport-style photo

Just bring yourself and a valid driver’s license or ID.

State permit fees (paid separately to BCI)

• Utah CFP: $52 state fee
• Arizona: $60 state fee

These are paid directly to the state, not to Jill Hamblin Training.

Reciprocity

The Utah concealed carry permit is recognized across a wide range of states, and this class covers both Utah and Arizona permits — expanding where you’re legally able to carry. Reciprocity maps for both are shown below.
